Montvale, New Jersey-based Farbest Brands, a distributor of food and nutrition ingredients, has been a McDermott Associates client since 1998. During that time, Don McDermott and his team have worked on a variety of projects for the company, including developing compensation and sales incentive plans, salary ranges, and change of control plans.
