D.G. McDermott Associates developed this survey and has been offering it annually for over ten years.

When does the survey open?

The survey process begins with a planning session in February 2015. A specific date for this session will be determined in January 2015. Participants in this session will have the opportunity to request survey questions that address their specific compensation challenges. This session is also an ideal opportunity to get valuable peer input from other survey participants and interact with McDermott Associates compensation experts.

To reserve your place at the planning session and to indicate your interest in participating in the survey, complete the HR Consulting Compensation Reservation Form.

What reports do participants receive?

Survey participants receive a customized analysis for 18 position titles. Comparisons by geographic area, revenues, and practice type are also included.

The survey report will include information about various practices relating to incentives, perquisites and benefits.

What is the cost to participate in the survey and receive my customized report?

The cost for the survey will be determined in January 2015. 

Where can I register my firm to participate in the survey?

By completing the Reservation form, you will reserve your place at the February 2105 planning meeting and indicate your interest in participating in the survey. 

When does the survey open and close?

The survey will open in mid-March and then close by mid-May. Details on when you will need to provide specific data will be provided at the February meeting.

When do I receive my customized report?

Date to be determined

What data do I need to input to the survey?

For each position title relevant for your firm, you will need to input base salary, short-term incentives paid for the last fiscal year; and long-term incentives paid for the last fiscal year.   

How do I pay for survey participation?

You can use any credit card - Amex, MasterCard, Visa or Discover - and pay through our PayPal Merchant Account. Specific payment instructions will be provided to you after you complete your survey and you are notified that your report is available.
