The survey covers 14 full-time executive positions. Part-time, or interim executives are not covered in the survey.

Yes. All data is received and handled by McDermott Associates, an independent third party who protects anonymity of compensation data in accordance with DOJ/FTC Antitrust Safety Zone Statements.
McDermott Associates follows a rigorous internal data checking procedure and contacts relevant participants to rectify any data discrepancies.
Survey participants can order the detailed survey report on the Survey Report Order page.
There is no charge to submit your company's data to the survey. Those who submit data will have the option of purchasing the full survey report for US $1,500 from the Survey Report Order page.

The survey will open in mid-March and close by June 30, 2018.
We expect to have survey reports available 5-6 weeks after the survey closes. However, this is dependent upon how quickly survey participants return their data.
For each position title relevant for your firm, you will need to input base salary as of April 1, 2018, ST Bonus, and LT Award. You will also need to provide some general information about your company and its practices and policies for ST and LT programs.
Your data is saved automatically as you go to the next page in the survey.
If you must exit the survey before completing a particular page, you must click the Save button to keep any responses entered on that page.
If you cannot complete the survey at one time, you can close it, making sure to save the page you're on. A link will then pop up, which you will have to save in order to re-enter the survey.
